Adapt loaduri()
Better handling of different URIs. Filter out “about:” scheme, dont
touch URI if it contains a complete scheme (we assume "://", denotes
one), else test if given path is an actual reachable file on the
filesystem, else prepend arbitrary http:// scheme.
